Summary on Grant Application Form |
Techniques will be developed with the aim of high performance and quality of service to offer a very reliable solution for delivery of real-time multimedia content. The following techniques will be developed to satisfy the strict requirements:1. Packet switching, management and formatting - Data priority handling functions as a significant feature of public safety wireless system - Design of mechanisms, which enable the provision of dynamic management of quality of service - Advanced Multimedia Switching Protocol Design - Design of the data Management and formatting function for data routing for different applications2. Error detection and correction above UDP/IP- Investigation and design of suitable short, high rate LDPC codes. - Soft decoding methods for LDPC codes - Design of an Error detection scheme using cyclic redundancy checks.
