|
The proposal seeks aims to obtain support for members of the Science and Technology Group (The STG) from the Electronic & Photonic Packaging & InterConnection (EPPIC) Faraday Partnership to visit a number research centres in both China and Japan to promote EPPIC expertise and to investigate options for collaboration. Activities during the visit will consist of workshops, laboratory visits and attendance at the International Electronic Packaging Conference (ICEP 2005) in Japan.
