Summary on Grant Application Form |
This proposal is to request funds for Prof. MacDonell to visit Bournemouth University for approximately three months to undertake a project to analyse software project data. In particular we wish to better understand the impact of using data from more than one organisation. This is an important question because many software development organisations have access to very limited anounts of local data. Can this problem be overcome by pooling data? This project will be a natural extension of past collaborative work in software estimation.
