This proposal is to support travel , subsistence and conference fees to allow the applicant to deliver one keynote lecture, two invited papers, and three contrubuted papers at International meetings, one at a Photonics West symposium c0-chaired by the applicant. The six conferences will be combined into four trips, one to Hong Kong and Japan, and the second to Italy and Belgium, a third to San Jose, USA, and the fourth to Strasbourg, France.
