Summary on Grant Application Form |
The aim of this project is to review current academic interests and industrial practices in industrial sustainability in Japan. A small group of UK academics with interests in manufacturing sustainability will undertake a visit to Japan to hold a workshop with leading Japanese academics and industrialists and to make visits to examples of leading practice. The output will be used to inform the EPSRC and the wider academic community about the landscaping of industrial sustainability in Japan and opportunities for research collaboration.
