Summary on Grant Application Form
The primary aim of this proposal is to investigate non-equilibrium effects in advanced superconducting devices. The specific objectives are: (i) to study the d.c. and microwave non-equilibrium response of closely coupled double tunnel junctions; (ii) to investigate three-terminal non-equilibrium devices; (iii) to study ferromagnetic barrier materials in double tunnel devices.
