|
The objective of this work is to explore the potential of an open model for hypermedia as an operation interface within the advanced manufacturing environment, and develop extensions to the existing model. The application areas being considered include training, maintenance, and fault-finding activities. In addition, studies are being made of the formation and application of large-scale multimedia databases for engineering applications.
