Summary on Grant Application Form |
The aim of this project is to:a) extend the viability of a potential engineering tool for modelling reflow soldering processes to enable design for manufacture by examining the implications of these processes on product quality and,b) carry out an experimental programme centred on improving the understanding of reflow soldering and to incorporate efforts in calibration and interpretation of process simulation models.
