Summary on Grant Application Form |
We aim to develop a new kind of computer-based modelling tool to assist the design of engineering systems. Our approach resembles engineering design prototyping in that it emphasises observation of states and state-changes in a prototype rather than static descriptions of objects and their preconceived interactions. Our computer model serves as a virtual prototype that integrates the views of many design agents.
