Summary on Grant Application Form |
The purpose of this project is to investigate, establish, and apply means of representing defined motion of an object to be manipulated through ranges of positions and orientations to satisfy ranges of tasks; to abstract from this representation and the feasible mechanisms of minimal complexity required to satisfy these motion requirements; to establish a design methodology and enable the designer to use the methodology.
