Summary on Grant Application Form |
A high sensitivity modern protein sequencing and analysis service will be provided using automated equipment for both liquid-pulse and solid-phase approaches. The service will include facilities for protein/peptide characterisation by new technology mass spectrometry. The sequence data will be subjected where appropriate to computerbased analysis using sequence and feature databases, the latter of which is unique to Leeds.
