Summary on Grant Application Form |
1 To elucidate the mechanism of halogen exchange on a new class of divalent metal chromite catalysts.2 To determine how the bulk inorganic and surface structures of these materials control the activity and selectivity of the catalysts in the manufacture of refrigerant HFA-134a (KLEA 134a).3 To determine how variation in the radius of the divalent metal and its electronic properties influence the performance of the new class of halogen exchange catalysts.
