Summary on Grant Application Form |
1. To complete the calculation of triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS) and organise them into a form directly useful for chemical and crystallographic applications.2. To convert the results into numerical and pictorial form, so that they are readily available for application to the description of a variety of chemical structures.3. To apply our results to the description of novel crystalline mesoporous silicates prepared in the presence of surfactants and to graphitic foams related to fullerenes.
