Summary on Grant Application Form |
It is proposed to develop an monochromator that will enable efficient grazing incidence Xray diffraction studies of films down to 1nm thickness on laboratory Xray sources. The motivation for this development is the need to study the structure of thin Langmuir Blodgett films of polymers and phthalocyanines and surface segragation processes in oxide catalysts.
