This project aims to ease organisational use of multimedia databases by semantic compression, to reduce cognitive demands. The project will tackle the problem generally and by specific approaches which focus on: automatic delta file creation, Codon Signatures (a neural model-inspired retrieval with feedback-learning method, variable-resolution images, and match of the day video compression.
