Summary on Grant Application Form |
The primary aim of this research will be to develop a process whereby segregation of powder particles inside a mould will enable multilayer plastic articles to be produced. The innovative nature of the work is that the physical, thermal and/or rheological properties of the powders will have to be tailored to ensure controlled segregation of, for example, the skin and core materials.
