We propose to prepare TFTs on plastic substrates with a maximum process temperature of 160 degrees C which are suitable as pixel switches in AMLCDs. Reproducible field effects mobilities of > 20 cm 2v-1 sec-1 with the potential of higher values in subsequent work. Implement drivers for ferro-electric L.C. displays. Fabricate an array of switching devices.
