|
The aim of this project is to explore a strategy for integrating planning and optimisation. There are two key tasks. The first is to design an efficient algorithm for introducing actions in a plan with a view to optimising on resources and time. The second is to develop an algorithm which reasons efficiently about different types of resource in the context of temporal constraints. Both tasks represent major open problems in the field.
