Summary on Grant Application Form |
We intend to devise algorithms and representations for reconstruction of the heart and its blood vessels using dynamic DSA and SPECT data sources. This model will represent the cardiovasculature of an individual, including three dimensional anatomy, dynamic structure, and physiology of blood perfusion. We also intend to devise learning algorithms and an updatable data structure for representing the same data for a collection of patients. This collective data is to be used to drive the fusion process for new individuals. The bootstrapping probelm will be solved by using manual data input of known examples of cardiovasculature.
