Summary on Grant Application Form |
Surrey will design and fabricate the mm-wave-MCMs, creating extremely low loss miniatures dielectric filled MPRWGs to act as the interconnecting medium, on a glass or polished alumina carrier substrate. SUrrey will also design the MPRWG components and the active probe chip, to realise the high Q factor cavity oscillators.
