Summary on Grant Application Form |
We propose to further develop a process of fabricating TFTs on plastic substrates with a maximum process temperature of 150oC. An objective of the project is to obtain reproducible field effect mobilities of about 100 cm2v-1sec-1 switching ratios of 10E6 and off currents of < 10E-11 amps. The viability of the process will be demonstrated by building an array of switching TFTs with a high yield and specific driver circuits.
