Summary on Grant Application Form |
Gel phase magic angle spinning 1H NMR spectroscopy will be explored as a method for studying non-covalent interactions between immobilised and solution state species. In particular systems such as transition state analogues binding to receptors will be used as an exemplar of more general affinity chromatography phenomena and as a probe of binding kinetics and accessibility within a polymer bead.
