Summary on Grant Application Form |
A combination of nuclear reaction energy loss and scanning MeV ion beam techniques is proposed which will allow for the first time the realisation of three-dimensional profiling of the diffusion of labelled molecules in materials. It is intended to develop these techniques with the primary aim of applying them to research into industrial diffusion problems.
