The APRIL network will:- liaise with those responsible for air quality in establishing research priorities for effective solution of London's air quality problems and the associated impacts on health and the environment- promote collaborative research programmes, crossing different disciplines and research councils- organise targeted seminars and workshops- provide an information centre collating information on research projects and their results, funding opportunities, and data sources- assist with co-ordinated data storage, retrieval and access- disseminate information, including a web site and non-technical information for public understanding- collaborate with research on air pollution problems in other cities in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - --Keywords describing areas of proposal.research network,air pollution,transport, air quality management, monitoring, modelling, decision tools,pollution impacts,pollution abatement
