Summary on Grant Application Form |
It is proposed to provide a better segmentation of noisy and ambiguous vein/arterial data sets, by using a combination of multi-resolution signal analysis tools (to reduce the very large 3D data sets by using data representation in terms of oct-trees) and then a stochastic geometry based on Markov Chain Monte Carlo on families of random tress so as to infer the tree-like structure underlying the data set.
