|
The objective of this Masters Training Package is to develop two modules, which will form part of the existing part-time MSc Programme in Aircraft Engineering, to meet the need of the global aerospace industry. The individual modules will be developed for use as a standalone continuing professional development course for a wider audience. This will benefit participants from the aerospace supply chain, particularly from SMEsThe objective of the modules is to enable professionals from a variety of engineering disciplines to develop understanding of the concepts of Integrated Product Development (IDP) and the associated enabling technologies. The multidisciplinary programme will emphasise the balance of technological, process and human factors and their effect on sustained innovation and ultimately on competitiveness.
