The scope of the training package is to design two management modules, concentrating on theManagement of Safety Critical Projects and the Operational Management of Safety Critical Systemsrespectively. The aim is to provide modules which are correctly targeted to the training needs of systems engineers, project managers and line managers in the safety field.Specific objectives are to provide guidance for: The integration of safety management procedures into the development of projects, of which only a portion may be safety critical; The tasks to be carried out while operating, managing and maintaining the safety critical parts of s stems.
