|
The gradient component HPLC system will be used to facilitate separation and isolation of preparative quantities of intermediates in our total synthesis programme. The equipment will be used for analytical work and for the isolation of intermediates in the herbimycin project. This instrument will be the key to the success of our methodology programme.
