Stochastic geometry models have proved to be extremely useful for describing the geometry of telecommunication networks. With their help optimisation of performance characteristics of such a network can be described in terms of optimisation of functional that depend on point processes, random sets or more generally, random measures that determine the distributions of the networks structuring elements. This approach to modelling complex systems dramatically decreeses the number of parameters of the model and often allows for analytic solutions of optimisation problems. In complex situations, stochastic gradient methods often enable the extraction of quantative information on specific performance characteristics and the number solution of these problems.The proposal concentrates on developing non-homogeneous and sptio-temporal models, investigating stabillity properties of stochastic optimisation solutions, and generalising optimisation methods for further classes of point processes, random sets and random measures used to model geometry of telecommunication networks.Results in both the modelling and statistical analysis of these procedures and numeric analysis of the algorithms, will enable creation of a prototype of telecommunication networks and will allow for optimisation of performance and reduction of running costs of telecommunication systems.
