Summary on Grant Application Form |
The goal of the proposed research is to develop numerical scemes based on: (1) The inverse spectral approach for multidimensional integrable nonlinear PDEs, such as the Davey-Stewartson. (2) The new method introduced by the PI for the solution of initial-boundary value for linear and integrable nonlinear PDEs in two dimensions. Both evolution equations in one space dimension and elliptic equations in two dimensions will be investigated.
