|
The 15th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs is the premier international conference in the field for presentation, review and discussion of the latest advances and developments. This premier international conference, held every year since 1988 in rotation in Japan, US or Europe. The ISPSD 2003 is now being organised for the first time in Cambridge, England between 14 'h and 17' April 2003. We anticipate typically 250 attendees from leading industries world wide and academia. It is the leading international forum for presentation, review and discussion of the latest advances and developments in power electronic devices and integrated circuits designed for energy transfer. This conference presents a unique opportunity for young scientists to attend and interact with leading industries and academia. Additionally, this participation will help create more collaborations with leading academic institutions and industry from abroad, enhance the quality of UK research in power semiconductors devices, circuits and systems. Encouraging attendance from developing world is a unique focus within the conference held in the UK as it is seen that awareness of the latest technologies in energy trasfer and control is necessary to develop a greener environment.
