Summary on Grant Application Form |
EuroSoC will address Strategic Objective 2.3.1.1 Pushing the limits of CIVICS and preparing for post-CMOS of the first call of FP6. More specifically, it should help structure the European research effort in System-on-Chip design standardisation and training, as anticipated in the call. EuroSoC represents an amalgamation of various consortia that submitted Expressions-of-Interest for a Network of Excellence in this area. Professor Josephs is involved in the preparation of this proposal because of his experience in managing the Working Group on Asynchronous Circuit Design, which has been funded under previous Framework Programmes.
