1. Agent challenge days , resulting in the identification of appropriate technologies, resources, and use cases.2. Two meetings in conjunction with UKMAS, as special sessions, to include reporting and demonstrating the results of the challenge meetings. 3. One workshop in the framework of the annual AISB symposium, to include reporting and demonstrating the results of the challenge meetings. 4. Short visit program: fixed value bursaries to enable the mobility of research students within the UK academic and industrial research sector. 5. Development of a portal for software agent components (behaviours, organizational structures, protocols, ontologies, documentation). 6. Development of re-deployable agent services which can be federated to provide regional or national or international services.
