Summary on Grant Application Form |
Patient movement during Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) leads to significant image degradation. Although the reasons for this are well understood, no clinically useable general solution to the problem has been found. In radar imaging, the analogous autofocus problem is largely solved. We will implement a radar-style auto-focus algorithm and apply it to MRI.
