The fellowship will support a 10 day research symposium to take place in Durham in July 1999.Over 60 mathematicians from universities and research institutes in the UK and overseas will meet to stimulate research in Stochastic Analysis. The main themes of the symposium include: stochastic partial differential equations; measure valued processes; random particle approximation methods for PDEs; diffusion and geometry on path spaces, mathematical finance.
