This grant proposal is a short term request (6 months from start) and is required to enable the BCA/CCG to run the 7th teaching course in X-ray structure Analysis for chemists primarily, although physics and biology students do attend and to offer our UK research council funded students a fully funded place on the course. All other participants are charged, although a few smaller grants are available through industrial help, the BCA and the IUCr.
