Summary on Grant Application Form |
The fundamental characteristics of compact corrugated horns will be determined and new methods for improving performance explored. In particular we will aim to answer such questions as what performance can be achieved for a horn of constrained length? and what is the minimum length of horn to achieve a given performance? Two optimised horns will be manufactured and tested.
