Summary on Grant Application Form
We shall study properties of directed graphs with respect to their applications. These applications include the one-way street problem, the half-duplex gossip problem and the asymmetric travelling salesman problem. We shall also investigate the hamiltonian cycle problem on classes of digraphs, which are of interest in applications. Our project will yield theoretical and algorithmic results of applied nature for the above-mentioned problems and computer codes for the hamiltonian cycle problem on digraphs and the asymmetric travelling salesman problem. Our project will yield both theoretical results of applied nature for the above-mentioned problems and computer codes for the hamiltonian cycle problem on digraphs and the asymmetric travelling salesman problem.
