This project is proposed as a Precursor project in response to the INTELLECT call. The project will focus on the business processes of a major' product realisation' company, Plexus, and will develop a formal model of those processes. This will provide a proper understanding of the functions and processes involved in conducting the business can be understood and reviewed explicitly. This work will be based on activity modelling using the industry standard IDEFO mechanism.
