Summary on Grant Application Form
The main objective of the programme is to use a multidisciplinary approach to make 'step-change' advances in the area of nanoparticle technolc The proposal brings together people and organisations, from both the private and public sector, who have an interest or expertise in one or more Following areas: the fabrication of nanoparticles; the characterisation of nanoparticles; and, the processibility during fabrication, formulation and manufacture. The breadth of the proposal, in addressing issues such as the design and characterisation of nanoscale microstructures, and scale reproducibility and purity, forces a multidisciplinary approach to be adopted. Consequently the proposal embraces personnel with expertise in ch computer modelling, materials engineering and science, pharmacy, physics and process engineering.
