Summary on Grant Application Form |
A study of the nature and selectivity of the reversible binding interaction between cationic, anionic and neutral enantiopure Ln complexes and the common amino acids using NMR, CD, CPL and luminescence emission spectroscopy. Extension to selected C- and N-terminal peptide models, various tetrapeptides and three proteins of varing pl, the latter study embracing HPLC analysis of relative binding affinity.
