The Microelectronics Support Centre (MSC) at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL) is one of the World's leading centres specialising in the support of the University community in their use of microelectronics and electronics design tools and methods. This proposal is to continue and enhance the provision of this service for the academic community in the UK previously supported by an EPSRC SLA.
