The 6th UK Particle Technology Forum will include the following themes:Colloid science Crystallisation Nanoparticles and Nanotechnology Green ChemistryRheologyAgglomeration and Granulation FluidisationComputational Modelling (CFD, DEM) Process SystemsPowder Handling Sintering and DryingThe format of the 2-day event will be based around poster sessions, interspersed with 3 keynote lectures and the IChemE Particle Technology Subject Group's Young Researchers' Award, at which six finalists, having been short-listed by a panel of industrial and academic judges, give oral presentations on their work. There will also be a number of exhibitors, representing equipment manufacturers, consultancy services and existing research networks, such as the Faraday Partnerships involved in aspects of particle technology (e.g. Crystal, Impact and PowderMatrix).
